Orders are processed as soon as payment is received. Books are usually dispatched so they reach you within 7 to 10 days from the date of order. Once dispatched, tracking details are shared so you can follow your delivery.

What is your cancellation, return, and refund policy?

Since our books are made to order and highly personalised, cancellations are not accepted once processing begins. If there is an error from our side, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds may be considered only in special cases and can be discussed with our support team.
