At Bookster Kids, we know you’re excited to see your child’s face light up! Because every book is custom-printed specifically for your little hero, our shipping process is a bit more special than your average bookstore.

1. Processing & Production Time

Each Bookster book is unique. Once you place an order:

  • Design & Customization: Our team reviews your personalization to ensure everything looks perfect.

  • Printing & Binding: Your book is printed on high-quality paper and hand-bound.

  • Quality Check: We do a final "once-over" to ensure there are no smudges or snags.

  • Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Timelines

We ship all across India. Once your book leaves our workshop, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metros: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

Standard Shipping ₹ 75.

Free Shipping above order of ₹ 1500.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to location or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Tracking Your Adventure

As soon as your book is on its way, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS with a tracking link. You can follow your book’s journey from our heart to your doorstep!

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reputed courier services like BlueDart/DTDC to ensure your books arrive safely and on time.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply.

  • If you notice a mistake in your address after ordering, please email us at booksterkids@gmail.com within 12 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our books in sturdy, "kid-proof" boxes. However, if your book arrives damaged during transit:

  • Please take a photo of the packaging and the book.

  • Contact us on 7021547945 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will prioritize a replacement for you—our goal is a happy reader!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India. If you are abroad and would love a Bookster book, please contact us at booksterkids@gmail.com, and we will see if we can make a special arrangement!
